We are so entangled in our own fears & limitations that we sometimes forget about our greatness and the person we are meant to become.

And our soul is calling us to become more, to give more and contribute more. But when that soul calling is as low as a whisper and meanwhile, the voice of our fears is as loud as a thunderstorm, change is IMPOSSIBLE.

Believe it or not, I also had a period of my life where I felt confused, lost, discouraged. Not knowing where I’m heading and what to do next.

I was obsessively looking for my “personal mission” in life. Years ago I was at a crossroad. I knew I couldn’t go back to my hectic business life in London that wasn’t providing me with fulfilment anymore, but I also had NO clue what to do next.

“What am I supposed to be doing with my life?” – I wondered. Put everything on hold and pursue a different path? What about all my work so far? How about all the amazing things I’ve done? Shall I just call it quits and start all over again?  

Hey – starting from scratch and pursuing a new life is no easy task. Even more so in a foreign country!

But I made a bold move. Decided to ‘take a break’. Moved away from all the hustle and bustle – and simply tuned into my “inner GPS”. Paused and simply listened… to the voice of my intuition.

And I made a radical change. I moved over to a Mediterranean island and started living the ‘freedom lifestyle’ while having fun in the sun.

Started to share with others what I knew best: how to market your services to leverage your impact, income and influence. Teaching entrepreneurs all over the world how to be seen everywhere in national mass-media, even if you’re just starting out and have zero connections.

That’s when I discovered how much fulfilment coaching and empowering others would bring me. And from there, went on to create my own body transformation centre in Bucharest, so that I can impact the lives of even more people.

Shortly after, got featured on the cover of Forbes magazine in the “Top 30 under 30” and here we are, with over +2,000 people transformed with our programs. Travelled the world and been invited to speak on multiple stages, from London to Miami and Las Vegas.

Morale of the story?
Have the courage to dream of a bigger life. Have the courage to dream & imagine yourself beyond your limitations.

Give a bigger voice to your soul’s inner wisdom, to that part of you that knows who you really are, why you came here and what you are meant to be doing.

And start ignoring the voice of your little self who wants to keep you playing small. That part of you who is afraid of change. Stop listening to it.

Because after all…
Life is about progress. Evolution. Change.

It’s inevitable that things change and it’s natural. Look at the cycles of nature. Spring follows after winter. Night after day. Sun after storm. Nature itself is in a constant change.

But people are so afraid of change, running away from it and clinging onto the “status quo”.

Even though…

their current circumstances don’t fulfill them…
they are miserable…
they see a clear difference between the life they live & the one they are supposed to be living…
and deep down their soul is crying to see all this wasted potential …

at least they are certain and comfortable with things staying the same. So they hold onto the current situation, no matter how unhappy they are.

In that moment they commit to certainty more than they commit to their own joy.

They cling onto their fears rather than hold dear the vision they have for their life.

And it’s such a shame.

In that moment they forget that change IS & always WILL BE a constant in our lives.

So embrace change, instead of running away from it.
Accept it. And welcome it with your arms wide open.

It’s part of life.

Let change teach you the lessons it’s supposed to be teaching you.

A linear life where things always stay the same would be boring, unfulfilling and wouldn’t do much to our soul growth either.

When you embrace and accept change, you are able to…

take action on your dreams, no matter how bold they are

you show up for yourself and your vision in life

you step into your inner power

you live life on your own terms, not on anyone else’s

you become a bigger person and discover new depths of your potential.

So simply…

Stop wasting precious time.

And

Decide today that you are going to follow your heart’s desires, no matter how scary, uncertain or crazy they might look like.

Decide today that you are not going to settle for anything less than you deserve…

… because you value living a joyous, meaningful and significant life MORE than you value your need to be comfortable living a life that keeps you unfulfilled and stuck where you are.

Decide TODAY that you are ready for a fun adventure and get on this rollercoaster ride called Change.

And life will reward you for your courage in ways you cannot even imagine right now.
