Me, at 23, in a foreign country, day-dreaming in my student bedroom about the day I’d make a bigger impact in this world.

Seeing myself as a successful female entrepreneur, wearing glamorous outfits and high heels. Making it on the cover of Forbes magazine. Jumping from one plane to another. Being happy, fulfilled and loving life…

As crazy as it sounded – I decided to start my 1st biz in London, upon finishing my studies at Warwick Business School. A city where I had no family, no connections and didn’t where to start from.

My family back in Romania thought I’m crazy to even consider this.

Not an easy decision. I was actually terrified.

Had no connections, no knowledge of the market and really, no clue.

I had a big desire to make a difference, but I couldn’t figure out what to do next.

I sometimes felt lost, confused and disoriented.

I wanted a guide, a mentor, someone who can show me the way.

(but more about this later!)

The most important thing I learnt from my own transformation:

All that genius inside you is so special, but… you need to let it come out to the surface.

Fast forward to now, I’m grateful to live my ideal lifestyle. Enjoying my second residence in sunny Spain.

Being chased by prominent media outlets, from business newspapers, to magazines and national TV. Made it on the Forbes “30 under 30” list.

Organised +100 events on business and personal development.

Named one of the most successful young entrepreneurs in my home country.

And business mentor for the Entrepreneurship Academy.

Because…. I decided that whatever success I have I am going to pay it forward.

Now I’m building a tribe of like-minded people that also want to have a BIG #impact and lots of #fun!
